By installing or using the Page AI-agent Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Page AI-agent is a browser extension that can summarize and analyze pages, answer questions about page content, work with selected elements and tables, run focused expert workflows, retain optional local memories, and use Web Search to gather current public information. A supported Google account may be required for identity, credits, and subscription access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using Page AI-agent, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Page AI-agent uses Google OAuth to identify your account. The backend stores a stable Google account identifier, an API-key mapping, credit balance, reset date, and subscription status. Your display name and email may be retrieved from Google and stored locally in your browser to display account status. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to:
AI-generated and web-search-assisted responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. Search results and third-party sources are not endorsements. You are responsible for reviewing source material and verifying important information. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
The only paid plans are Pro, Pro Plus, and Pro Ultra. They are recurring monthly subscriptions unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Paddle is the billing engine and merchant of record, while RevenueCat manages subscription entitlements. Prices, currency, taxes, renewal timing, and trial terms are shown at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the recurring charges shown there.
Plans provide different credit limits and model access. Credits currently reset weekly. Limits, included models, prices, and features may change for future billing periods; material changes will be communicated where required.
You may cancel through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or billing flow. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund.
All rights to the Page AI-agent extension, its design, code, prompts, and original content remain with the developer or applicable licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific models, search coverage, output accuracy, or compatibility with every website. Third-party providers may change or discontinue their services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the Service or reliance on its output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or billing changes. The updated date will appear above. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the developer's jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Paddle's buyer terms may separately govern payment transactions processed by Paddle.
