Privacy Policy

Page AI-agent uses browser-local storage for chats, memories, settings, and custom experts. Page content is sent for processing only when you ask the AI to act. We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles.

What We Collect

What We Do Not Intentionally Store on Our Backend

A persistent copy of the content of web pages you analyze
A centralized browsing-history profile
Your locally saved chat history, memories, settings, or custom experts
Keystrokes, clipboard content, or form data

Your browser may locally store page-specific chat keys derived from URLs so conversations can be reopened on the same page.

Page Content and AI Processing

When you run a summary, expert, selected-element, table, or chat action, relevant page content, your prompt, selected memories, system instructions, and recent conversation context are sent through our Cloudflare Worker to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. This content:

Is used to generate the requested response and is not intentionally persisted in our Cloudflare KV user records
May include the visible text or cleaned HTML needed by the selected expert
Is subject to OpenRouter's and the selected downstream provider's terms and privacy practices
Is requested with OpenRouter data-collection disabled and zero-data-retention routing where supported, but provider availability and policies may change

We recommend not using Page AI-agent on pages containing sensitive personal or confidential information.

Web Search

Web Search is optional. When enabled, your question and relevant conversation/page context are sent through OpenRouter's web-search functionality so current public web information can be retrieved. Search providers may receive the search query and technical request data. Search results can be incomplete or inaccurate, and may link to third-party sites with their own privacy practices.

Data Retention

Usage credits and plan status are retained for as long as your account is active
Local chats, memories, settings, and custom experts remain in browser storage until you delete them, clear extension data, or uninstall the extension
Inactive accounts (no AI requests in 12 months) may be purged
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Contact below)

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable

To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You can remove locally stored data through the extension controls, Chrome extension storage controls, or by uninstalling the extension.

Children's Privacy

Page AI-agent is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We'll note the date of the last update at the top. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
