Refund Policy

Paddle is the merchant of record for Page AI-agent purchases. Paddle processes payments, sends receipts, manages subscriptions, and reviews refund requests. RevenueCat supplies subscription entitlement status to the extension.

Refund eligibility is determined by Paddle's Refund Policy and mandatory consumer-protection law. Local rights may include a statutory withdrawal period for an initial subscription payment. Those rights vary by country and may be affected when digital services have already been used with your consent.

Paddle may also consider discretionary refund requests submitted within 14 days of a transaction, but submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Fraud, refund abuse, or excessive manipulative use may make a transaction ineligible.

Renewal payments are generally not refundable unless required by law, caused by a billing error, or approved by Paddle. You can still cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.

Use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle purchase email, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund option. You may also email [email protected] so we can help identify or troubleshoot the purchase.

Include:

• The email address associated with your Google account
• The date of purchase
• Your Paddle receipt or transaction reference, if available
• A brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Timing is controlled by Paddle and the payment provider.

If a persistent technical defect prevents you from accessing the paid features described at purchase, contact us first at [email protected]. We will try to resolve the issue and can provide relevant information to Paddle if a refund review is needed.
